Join Us for Green Up Day May 6th!

Consider joining for this annual Vermont tradition.  Clean up as an individual, a family, a neighborhood, or a business; its easy to get involved.  Simply stop by the City Clerks Office at 180 Market Street Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 to receive a specialty green up day bag(s).  There is a sign-up sheet that will ask you to identify your name and where you hope to clean up so that we can ensure that forces aren’t duplicated. The bags are already in, and people have started signing up so don’t delay!  Once you have your bag, you can either start collecting now or hold on to the bag to do your collection on Green Up Day itself.  Either way, you will want to take your filled green up day bag to the free Green Up Day drop off on Saturday May 6th between 9:00am-1:00pm at 577 Dorset Street ( SB School District Offices).  There will be people on hand to direct you and assist you with unloading your Green Up Day bags and other materials you collected.  If you have further questions, please reach out to Holly Rees at 846-4108 or hrees@southburlington.gov for more information.  Thank you for your interest and support of this wonderful tradition.  Let’s Green Up South Burlington and Green Up Vermont!
