Not-So-Spooky Halloween Events

Community members brought their pumpkins to the SB Senior Center at City Hall on Friday 10/27.  We provided the tools, treats and music while everyone enjoyed being creative, and leaving the mess to us!  On Saturday 10/28 we hosted our 4^th annual Glow Walk around the stormwater pond on Market Street.  Over 700 visitors of all ages, most in costume, enjoyed a not-so-spooky stroll along the short pathway.  Glow necklaces were handed out to the first 300 kids and SBPD provided candy/trinkets too.  Thank you to everyone who joined in these events.
