Knit for Your Neighbor!

South Burlington knitters have been working away since spring to create fabulous hats and scarves to be given away at the South Burlington Food Shelf. We have filled bins and bins of beautiful, warm head gear that is now very popular as winter begins. There is always room for another knitter at the knitting circles held in the Marabella KidSpace every Thursday at 2pm. Bring your own project or use our needles and yarn – no yard donations, please. Several youth and adults have learned to knit through this project in the past year; newbies of all ages are welcome.
