Winter Parking Ban

Winter Parking Ban - December 1 - April 1
Midnight to 8:00 AM every day. The ban is in effect, regardless of weather conditions, Tickets and or a tow could result from failure to comply.  To help our drivers, please remove all obstacles from streets, including portable basketball hoops.  Citizens must plan for alternate parking from December 1 thru April 1 if they normally park on a city street or right of way.

South Burlington City Ordinance, Section 32 states:  “No person, shall between the hours of 12 midnight and 8am including Sundays and legal holidays, during the period of December 1 of each year to April 1st of the following year, park any vehicle within the limits of any public highway of the City.”  Please call dispatch at 802-846-4111 if your car has been towed.  Thank you!
